FUN ON THE BEACH
12:00-1:00pm Build a Sand Castle/Sand Sculpture.
1:00-2:00pm Build a boat. Come and craft a boat with corks, pool noodles or twigs. After we decorate them, we will see if they can float.
2:00-4:00pm: Outdoor games and bubbles on the beach.
4:00-5:00pm Open crafts/game at the Arts and Crafts Building.
Thursday at the Arts and Crafts Building August 14’th
12:00- 2:00pm Paint and sip outside the Arts and Crafts Building (weather permitting)
2:30-3:30pm Cookie decorating. We will be decorating sugar cookies to look like our favorite summer flip flops. $2.00 Purchase tickets in advance, at the office
3:30- 5:00pm Open craft/game in the arts and crafts building.
7:00pm- Open mic night on the quad. Meet by the fire, bring your instrument and/or voice and share your talent.
Friday- August 15’th
3:00-4:00pm paint and sip Arts and Crafts building. Paint a wine glass $5.00 or large/small ceramic $5.00/$3.00 while sipping on complimentary wine. Purchase tickets in advance, at the office
5:00-6:00pm social at the Nipmuc
6:00pm Bingo, tickets go on sale at 5:30 cash only. $5.00 per card 100% payout!!
Dusk- movie on the quad
Saturday August 16’th
10:00-12:00pm Build a stuffy and open craft. Stuffy $25.00, large ceramic or cup $5.00, small ceramic $3.00, sand art, stained glass and plastic animals $2.00. There will be some crafts for free as well. You are welcome to come and just hang out or play a game too. Arts and Crafts building. Tickets must be purchased in advance at the office.
12:30-2:00pm meet on the beach and build a sand sculpture/ or sand castle. There will also be games on the beach.
1:00-2:00pm volleyball on the beach
2:00pm super soaker hayride. Campers get ready to fire back at the hay riders. Use your garden hoses, buckets of water or what ever you can soak the riders with.
5:00pm- 6:00pm hamburgers/hot dogs coleslaw corn on the cob $12.00. Please purchase tickets in the office in advance.
7:00pm RC CAR RACES: meet in front of the office with your car. We will do a race around the 100’s section, some jumping and freestyle. Please sign up in the office before 5pm. This is just for fun.
6:00-9:00pm Donnelly Road band
Sunday August 17’th
1:00pm Candy bar bingo
6:00 pm. Games on the quad. Corn hole, frisbee kan jam and others. Feel free to bring a board game to play as well.
