All rates are subject to Sales and Lodging Tax.  Rates vary by site location and time of the week.  All reservations require a deposit at the time the reservation is made. Discounts are available for members of Good Sam, AAA, AARP, and Military.  Discounts apply to daily rates only.  Rates are based on occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children per site.  An additional charge of $8 for each adult (more than two) in an RV site and $3 for each child (more than two) children ages 6-17.  An additional charge of $10 per night applies for each adult (more than two) in a cottage and $5 per night for each child (more than two) ages 6-17.  Children 5 and under always stay free.  There is a maximum of 6 people per site.  Pine Lake is a pet-friendly resort.  Please review the guidelines on our website for detailed pet policy information.  We reserve the right to change and adjust rates as needed without further notice.  Holiday rates apply for Memorial Day, 4^th of July and Labor day weekends.  two night minimums (Memorial Day Weekend Through Labor Day Weekend) are required on Friday – Sunday during the Summer Season.  three night minimums are required for the Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends.
