Friday July 15

3:30 – 4:30 – Paint & Sip! Purchase your wine glass at the store in advance. $5.00(At the arts & crafts building)

Decorate Your Site: Let’s get in the Christmas spirit. Decorate your site with Lights, Figurines and Holiday Cheer. Prizes awarded for top three sites with winner notified Saturday night.

5pm: Social Hour: Come meet your fellow Elves. Enjoy Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and Refreshments, Followed by Reindeer Bingo. 100% Payout. (At the Wachusett)

Saturday July 16

9:30 – 10:30 – Build your own Christmas elf stuffy! *Purchase your tickets in the office in advance* (arts & crafts building)

11am-12noon: Arts and Crafts: Be like Santa’s Elves and create a Christmas ornament. $2.00 each purchase in the store in advance (arts & crafts building)

12:30pm-1:30pm: Gingerbread House Making: Let’s all get together and have fun while creating your own Gingerbread House Masterpiece. (arts & crafts building)

2:00 – 3:00 – SUPER SOAKER HAYRIDE – Meet in front of the store. Santa’s elves will be hiding in the park your goal is soak as many as out can while on the wagon. Keep your eyes open as they are hiding everywhere!!

3:30pm-4:30pm: Snowman Making: Come have fun making a winter snowman. $2.00 purchase at the store in advance (arts & crafts building)

5pm-6:00pm: Cookies and Cocoa: A visit with Santa along with complimentary cookies and cocoa followed by the reading of The Night Before Christmas by Santa himself. Pictures can be taken with your own device. (At the Wachusett)

Winner of Best Decorated Site Announced.

6:30pm: A Christmas Classic: After your visit with Santa stick around for a Christmas Classic shown on the big screen along with complimentary Popcorn for snacking. (At the Wachusett)

Sunday July 17

9am:  Enjoy a Complimentary Pancake Breakfast along with Coffee and Juice.
