Reservations & Payments

Reservation Requirements

• Reservations may not be made for guests under 21 years of age.
• All rates and policies are subject to change.
• While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific sites cannot be guaranteed.

What’s Included

All rates include:

• 2 adults + 2 children
• Use of the Swimming Pool, Billiards Room, and Fitness Center
  (Some activities may carry an additional fee.)

Minimum Stay Requirements

• 2-night minimum on weekends
• 3-night minimum on holiday or special event weekends
  (Discounts do not apply to these dates.)

Deposit

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

RV Sites

• Cancel up to 7 days before arrival for a $25 fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.
• Date changes may be accommodated at no charge.

Cottages

• Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a $25 fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.
• Complimentary date changes are available.

Early Departures

Refunds are not provided for early departures or discomforts of nature.

Check-In & Check-Out

Times

• RV Sites: Check-in 1:00 PM
• Cottages: Check-in 3:30 PM
• All Sites: Check-out 11:00 AM

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for an additional fee.
Please note: Once you check out, you may not remain on property to use amenities.

No-Show Policy

Reservations are canceled at 1:00 PM the day after scheduled arrival unless you notify the front desk.

Site, Occupancy & Vehicles

Occupancy

• One family per site (parents and their dependent minor children).
• One camping unit and one vehicle per site.

Site Assignments

All sites are assigned. Please do not change sites without authorization.

Vehicle Policies

• One vehicle per site; additional parking is available in designated areas.
• All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license.
• No ATVs, off-road motorcycles, or gas-powered golf carts.
• Electric golf carts require a permit.
• RV/vehicle washing is prohibited. A $50 service charge will apply if performed.

Speed Limit

The resort speed limit is 5 MPH—a pace designed for safety.

Pet Policies

We love welcoming well-behaved pets.

General Rules

• Pets must be leashed (6 ft max) and supervised at all times.
• Clean up after your pet immediately.
• Pets may not be left unattended.
• No aggressive pets or behavior.
• No farm animals permitted.
• Please bring vaccination records if requested.

Cottages

Only designated pet-friendly cottages allow pets.
Unauthorized pets in rentals will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

If a pet becomes disruptive while unattended (barking, whining), guests will be asked to take their pet when leaving the resort.

Quiet Hours & Guest Courtesy

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please respect these hours for the comfort of all guests.
Generators are not permitted.

Respect Your Neighbors

• Please do not walk through other guests’ sites.
• Public display of alcohol or marijuana is not permitted.
• Smoking is only allowed at your site or designated areas.

Smoking in Rentals

Smoking or vaping inside cottages or event centers will incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Campfires, Trees & Grounds

Campfires

• Firewood is available in the store.
• Never leave fires unattended.
• Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving your site.
• Be considerate of wind direction and neighbors.

Trees & Nature

Help us protect the beauty of Pine Lake:

• Do not carve, nail, or attach items to trees.
• Do not damage or alter landscaping.

Trash

Guests are responsible for placing trash in the proper receptacles.
A $25 cleanup fee applies to sites left with garbage.

Visitors

All visitors must check in and purchase a Day Pass:

• $8 per adult
• $5 per child (under 16)
• $5 per additional vehicle

Registered guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.

Children & Safety

• Children must be on their site by 9:00 PM.
• No children under 18 are allowed in the spa.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in:

• The Billiards Room
• The Fitness Center
• The Pool Area

Bicycles must have lights after dark.

Children’s electric/battery-operated bikes and scooters are not permitted.

Amenities

Pool & Spa (Memorial Day – Labor Day)

Hours: 10 AM – Dusk

• No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
• Spa is 18+.
• No glass, pets, smoking/vaping, or loud music.
• Proper swimwear required—no denim or cutoffs.

Fitness Center (9 AM – 10 PM)

Fully equipped with cardio and strength machines.
Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Billiards Room (9 AM – 10 PM)

Features professional tables and shuffleboard.
Equipment must be signed out at the office.

Event Centers

Open only during scheduled park events.

WiFi Usage

To ensure fair access for all guests, please avoid high-bandwidth activities such as:
Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Skype, large downloads, VoIP services, etc.
Disable automatic software updates during your stay.

Liability & Property Protection

By entering the resort, all guests agree to:

• Use Pine Lake facilities at their own risk.
• Release Pine Lake and its affiliates from liability for injury, damage, or loss.
• Accept responsibility for all individuals in their party.
• Pay for any damage to Pine Lake property, facilities, or equipment.

Guest Agreement

Your check-in signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of all Pine Lake policies, guidelines, and terms. Quiet hours and resort rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in removal from the resort without refund.
